We design and arrange customized inbound travel services, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, activities, and on-the-ground support.<\/p>

We often act as an organizer or agent for independent third-party suppliers, whose own terms and conditions may also apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Quotations & Bookings<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Quotations are based on current prices and availability and are valid only for a limited time as stated in your proposal.<\/p>

A booking is confirmed only when you accept our proposal in writing and we receive the required deposit or full payment. A contract is formed when we send you written confirmation.<\/p>

If you make a booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for all travelers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)<\/strong> or another currency clearly shown on your invoice.<\/p>

Payment terms (deposit amount, balance due date, and payment methods) will be specified on your invoice. Bank charges, card fees, and currency conversion costs imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.<\/p>

If you make a booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for all travelers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. Changes & Cancellations by You<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Any request to change travel dates, itinerary, or traveler details must be made in writing as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur extra costs or penalties from third-party suppliers.<\/p>

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees depend on when your written notice is received and on supplier policies. Deposits are often non-refundable and cancellation fees generally increase as the departure date approaches.<\/p>

If you do not show up as scheduled (no-show), no refund will be provided for unused services unless required by applicable law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

6. Changes & Cancellations by Us<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We may make minor changes to your itinerary (for example, adjusting the order of activities or replacing a hotel with one of a similar standard) and will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>

If a significant change is necessary, we will notify you and, where possible, offer an alternative arrangement, a price reduction, or a refund for affected services (excluding non-recoverable costs already paid to suppliers).<\/p>

We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government actions, or severe weather), but we will assist you in arranging alternatives. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport, visa(s), and any other required travel documents for China and any other destinations on your itinerary.<\/p>

We may provide general guidance, but we are not responsible for your failure to obtain proper documentation or for any consequences arising from this.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

8. Insurance, Health & Special Requirements<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage loss, personal liability, and any activities included in your itinerary.<\/p>

You should ensure that you are physically fit for the trip and consult a doctor if needed. You must inform us in writing of any relevant medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, or important dietary requirements at the time of booking.<\/p>

We will pass your special requirements on to our suppliers, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will always be fully met.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Many services included in your trip (such as hotels, transportation, and activities) are provided by independent third-party suppliers.<\/p>

While we carefully select our partners, we do not control their day-to-day operations and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.<\/p>

In some cases, your legal relationship is directly with the supplier, and their terms and conditions will apply in addition to these Terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your trip shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.<\/p>

If an issue arises during your trip, please inform us or our local representative as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to assist.<\/p>

If the issue is not resolved during the trip, you may submit a written complaint to info@adeustourism.com\u00a0within 30 days<\/strong> after the end of your trip, providing details and any supporting documents.<\/p>

13. Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Affiliate : For creators\/media promoting Adeus inbound tours via personalized URL; last-click attribution, 30-day cookie.<\/p>

Commission & Payouts: Commission becomes eligible only after ;(a) travel products: within seven (7) days after the entire tour order has been fully completed; (b) physical merchandise: the 30-calendar-day refund window has lapsed. Rate 10% on net (ex-tax\/fees); weekly payouts (week-settlement), $50 minimum, via PayPal\/wire.<\/p>

Compliance & Enforcement: Clear disclosure #ad\/#sponsored required; no trademark bidding, incentive traffic, misleading\/impersonation, forced redirects or cookie stuffing; refunds\/chargebacks\/no-shows reverse commission; non-compliant accounts may be reviewed\/terminated; contact info@adeustourism.com<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
